With eCover Studio you can create professional-looking virtual covers for books, CDs, DVDs, magazines, software boxes, and more. Its wizard-like interface will guide you through the whole creative process in just a few easy steps. The program includes 100 different templates that you can use as a basis for your designs, though you can always load your own images and add new templates.

Contrary to what it may seem eCover Studio is not a tool to design covers for your physical books, CDs, or DVDs, but an easy-to-use piece of software to create those virtual 3D covers that we usually find in printed catalogues or commercial web sites.

One of the main assets of this tool is its intuitive approach, allowing you to move through the design process quickly and seamlessly. The program includes templates for the most used projects – CDs, DVDs, audio cassettes, books, VHS tapes, software boxes, ezines, etc., but you can always design your own custom project by providing the necessary dimensions. If you already have previously designed covers for your products, you just need to load the front image, the spine, and the top view of each of them, and eCover Studio will generate a three-dimensional model of your product in seconds. You can also use any of the 100 different templates and layout presets that come with the program, and design both your own cover and its virtual model simultaneously. You can add text, images, transparent layers, and even a barcode to your eCover. Being a 3D design, you can move it around and see if from different angles. You can also enrich your design with a shadow, a reflection of the cover, or both, for a more realistic appearance. You can even add a CD that sticks out of your ezine or CD box!
